Return and Exchange Policies

All returned products must include original packaging.

Customer must arrange his/her own courier for returning product.

To request a return, please contact the seller directly from your order details page and provide the following information:

• Web ID and product description
• Number of items to be returned
• Date you purchased your product
• Condition of product
• Condition of packaging
• Reason for return

Exchange or refund warranty service is for goods deemed to have a manufacturing defect.

Exchange can be made within warranty of original date of purchase with receipt.

Warranty does not cover any physical damage and/or water damage.

No warranty on replacement.

Any returned items without its original packaging and all accessories will not be accepted.

All refunds will be processed within 14 business days after defective product is received.

Some products are not returnable and will not show warranty.
